About Us

Welcome to the Hampshire Village Homeowners Association Website. Hampshire Village, located in Northwestern Cobb County, is a beautiful neighborhood made up of 100+ homes. The neighborhood was started in 1986, with new homes being added along the way up to and including our newest home built in 2014. Our members strive to ensure that our community remains attractive and safe for our families. This also helps to ensure that our investment in our property grows in value over the years.

Hampshire Village is a swim/tennis community with homes on large roomy lots. Our community offers two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Sitting beside a beautiful natural creek area, our members enjoy walking and viewing the flowing water.

Being within the Metropolitan Atlanta area, Hampshire Village offers its residents close proximity to schools, shopping, theaters, restaurants, and recreation facilities all while retaining its laid-back personality.
